The move comes as part of an effort tosatisfy travelers' growing demand for more, differenf and in some cases healthiet food choices, according to Jack Hemphill, the business generao manager for the , which operates Logan. These were old facilities that weren't supplying the needx of the customers." It has been at least 15 years since most of the retaio facilitieswere updated, he said.

It spent $18 millionb on Terminal B a project that included a new food upgrades to existing retail outlets as well as othedr outlets currentlyunder construction.
